We utilize advanced Keyence WM-6000 measurement systems and a FARO Edge measuring arm with a 3.6 m range, which ensure maximum accuracy, repeatability, and short lead times.

The mobility of our equipment allows us to perform measurements both in laboratory conditions and directly on the production floor. As a result, we can also verify large-scale components without the need for dismantling or transport.

Scope of Services

Geometric measurements and dimensional analysis – quality control of parts, tools, and structures.
CAD-based inspection – comparing the actual geometry of a component with the CAD model and precise identification of deviations.
In-process quality control – measurements taken directly at the workstation, enabling fast detection of non-conformities.
Pre-series inspection – verification of trial production for compliance with technical documentation and project requirements.
Jig and fixture inspection – verification of the geometry and accuracy of manufacturing tools.

We analyze the collected data using specialized Metrolog software, preparing clear measurement reports that support design, production, and quality control processes.
